Casler’s Amazing Seafood Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Clams
  • 12 Mussles
  • 8 Shrimp
  • 4 Squid Cut into rings
  • 8 Ounces Cherry Tomato
  • 1 Shallot Minced
  • 3 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1 Bunch Basil Leaves separated
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Chilli Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Method
 

  1. Combine Shallot, Garlic, Tomatoes and Olive Oil in a large pan over medium heat 5 minutes.
  2. Pop each tomato, but don't over process.
  3. Increase heat to medium high and introduce clams for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Combine the remaining ingredients and cook until muscles open and the shrimp is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  5. Season to taste.
