Easy Mexican Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rice Long Grain
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1-2 tbps Oil
  • 1/4 cup Jar Salsa
  • 1 tsp Salt Optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat a pot with oil on medium heat.
  2. Add the rice and occationally stir for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the water, salsa and optional salt. Bring the pot to a boil.
  4. Once the pot comes to a boil, place a lid on the pot and set the stove on low for 25 minutes.
  5. Fluff the rice with a spoon or a fork. If your rice is too wet, put the lid back on for another 5 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
