Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Pound Ground Pork
  • 1/2 Pound Ground Shrimp
  • 1 Green Onion Minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • Wonton Wrappers

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients but the wonton wrappers.
  2. Use a 1 Tablespoon measure to portion the proper amount into each wrapper.
  3. Fold sides of wrapper upward.
  4. Steam for 12 minutes.
