It has shrimp, pork and wrapped in a wonton wrapper on every side but the top. Maybe there’s a better name for this, but for now — it’s a shrimp and pork dumpling.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Pound Ground Pork
- 1/2 Pound Ground Shrimp
- 1 Green Onion Minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- Wonton Wrappers
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients but the wonton wrappers.
- Use a 1 Tablespoon measure to portion the proper amount into each wrapper.
- Fold sides of wrapper upward.
- Steam for 12 minutes.
