What do we do with cans of random stuff sitting in the pantry. Tonight’s late night meal is “Pineapple & Baby Corn Chicken Kaeng Curry”. It’s amazingly good for something which was just thrown together at the last minute. This will be made again, but maybe with a little more spice.
