Sesame Oysters on a Half Shell

I’ve gotta give Christine mad props. She got me into these sea boogers two years ago and I just can’t stop. This can’t me much easier and very tasty. I’ve even found a new fishmonger that’s giving me wholesale prices and they haven’t been out of the water for very long. Delish!

Sesame Oysters on a Half Shell

Ingredients
  

  • Oysters
  • White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Tobasco Sauce
  • Toasted Sesame Oil

Method
 

  1. Shuck oysters
  2. Top with three drops balsamic vinegar, one drop tobasco sauce and one drop sesame oil.
  3. Enjoy!
