That’s it. There are no quantities defined for this recipe — use whatever you have. In a few days the sugar will begin to pickup the aroma of the vanilla. In a few weeks it’ll be ready for use. I’ve had vanilla sugar steeping for a few months and use it in nearly everything that calls for table sugar.
